Multi-Unit Construction Financing

NG Private Lending has identified a need for accessible, short-term funding for developers involved in building affordable high-rise and multi-unit housing for Canada's quickly growing population, specifically in the Greater Toronto and Greater Vancouver areas. NG Private Lending works directly with creditworthy developers to provide risk mitigated, short-term funding and bridge loans to assure construction is never at a stand still due to capital requirements.

Subdivision Construction Financing

Similar to multi-unit construction, financing for affordable single family residential development has proven to be difficult to access for many developers across the country. The need for affordable housing in Canada is becoming greater year by year, however, the ability to access construction and bridge financing is becoming more difficult - this contributes significantly to the speed in which these developments can be completed. NG Private Lending helps to provide developers with alternative sources of funding. 

Alternative Borrowing & Investment Strategies

NG Private Lending offers alternative borrowing options and investment strategies. We offer financing for new builds, renovations and improvements and also offer Joint Venture and private lending investment opportunities to Canadian private investors and lenders. These investments differ from your typical pooled Fund or Limited Partnership and generally yield a higher return, yet occasionally come with higher risk.

With a targeted annual interest yield of 11.8% as of January 2025, monthly distributions, lower capital requirement and option of short term liquidity, we are proud to offer our strategic fund to both new and seasoned private and institutional investors.
